A small outdoor pool with a swim-up bar Multiple outdoors grills FREE PARKING BUILDING HISTORY AND LOCATION: Our condo is located in a newly-renovated historic building called ‘The 1865’ and it is located just over 1 mile outside the core of downtown Nashville. It is central to just about everything and just a short distance to all of the many great neighborhoods in town. The 1865 has a great story to tell; the building is a newly-renovated, 4-story, historic, brick tobacco “barn” that has been converted into luxury condominiums. It is absolutely one of the more unique and exquisite buildings in Nashville. The team behind the renovations has done a fantastic job keeping most of the original elements of the existing historic structure while integrating all things modern (brand new condos, kitchens, appliances, showers, bathrooms, etc). Nestled behind our entry gates, our guests will have access to free parking and a really cool outdoor area consisting of a small outdoor pool with a swim-up bar, multiple grills, outdoor televisions, etc. It is a wonderful place to call “home base” while in Nashville! Guests will be able to access the free parking onsite, all common areas, the outdoor pool, swim-up pool bar, outdoor grills, sky deck, gym/fitness room, and patio. Pretty much everything! We live nearby and are always available to our guests at anytime via text, email, and phone. This is a very safe neighborhood surrounded by all of the goodies...Publix grocery store, Starbucks, Centennial Park, etc. This condo is walking distance to downtown (1.2 miles), Centennial Park, Vanderbilt, and other key areas of Nashville. We have free parking onsite if you have a vehicle. We always suggest Uber or Lyft for a quick, easy, and cheap ride downtown (which approx costs $5)
